Because our attorneys have extensive experience in the courts in the Greater New Orleans area, judges and attorneys know that we are skillful advocates who are always well prepared. One judge even describes our comprehensive approach to cases as "wearing belts and suspenders".

Our firm typically sets over 100 trials a year, of which approximately 30 actually proceed to judgment. Local judges constantly comment that we try more cases than many firms that are much larger than ours. That’s not because we try every case—we don’t. We only try those cases that need to be tried. But, we have found that our opponents are more likely to settle for reasonable amounts because they know that we are not reluctant to try a case.

Our attorneys have handled cases in all divisions of the courts in the Greater New Orleans area and have tried cases before almost all of the judges. As a result, we know the judges and procedures of all divisions of federal and state courts in the area. This familiarity allows us to predict with greater accuracy the probable rulings of most judges. Needless to say, this enables us to provide more reliable advice to our clients, enabling them to make better-informed decisions.
